When you walk down the streets of Cleveland County, do not be surprised if you are greeted by a warm smile and a friendly hello.  Cleveland County boasts the perfect location, desirable climate, heritage and, most importantly, friendly people.

Cleveland County really does live up to its slogan of "Connecting the Best of the Carolinas." We are located between Charlotte, North Carolina and the Greenville-Spartanburg area of South Carolina. This region has so much to offer from major league sports to breathtaking mountains and nearby sunny beaches.  Business and industry find the area a perfect blend of small-town country living and economic opportunity.
