The Cleveland County Chamber 20/20 Economic
Development Partnership is a non-profit (501-C3),
public/private partnership formed in 2002 to address
the need for organized economic development at the
county level. It is funded and directed by its
members, who include the county, municipalities,
utilities, businesses, telecommunications companies,
lenders, and educational institutions.
