Text Box: InterAction Text Box:     Text Box:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Stephanie Williams, President                                                           RE/MAX Select   RE/MAX SELECT Featured as March’s Small Business of the Month   The Cleveland County Chamber recognizes ten of the area’s fastest and strongest growing small businesses for their exceptional achievements in the area of business development as the Emerging 10 Small Businesses of the Year.  Throughout 2008, each of these businesses will be featured as a Small Business of the Month.  RE/MAX Select is the Small Business of the Month for March.   Stephanie Williams began RE/MAX Select Realty in December 2004.  Her main goal was to promote her home town of Shelby. Williams states, “From day one, our primary purpose was to have an office that would allow us to service the good people of this area.  We intend to build up and promote Cleveland County.”   She has done exceptionally well since opening her own franchise with RE/MAX only a year after she earned a real estate license.   In 2005 the agents that worked with RE/MAX were among the most productive agents in the country.  They earned memberships in the RE/MAX President, Executive and 100% clubs for their production.  Stephanie now has 14 agents working with the company. And through dedication and hard work, she and her agents have successfully opened a second office in Boiling Spring only a year ago in March 2007.     In addition to her hard work as a real estate agent, Stephanie remains very active within the community.  She is a member of the Cleveland County and Rutherford Board of REALTORS. Stephanie serves on Gardner-Webb University’s Board of Advisors and supports local non-profits and community events as an Alive At Five sponsor.  RE/MAX Select contributes to Cleveland 20/20 at the Advisory Level where Lloyd Williams, Jr. serves on the Executive Committee.
